With that much recoil, target re-acquisition will be more challenging. Better hope there are not any good guys behind the perp. Even a hot 9 will over penetrate.

10mm. Great round for trail use, hand abuse, and bragging rights. 😁 Yeah, not for self defense but because it's a boomer. Have had a DW 8" .44 mag for a long time. Deer and bears don't like it, but I do. Groups good at 50 yds when I do my part.
