I had a feeling! And, for better or sometimes worse, I am usually right. The lawsuit that NSA/CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and I filed against former FBI Director James Comey and the intelligence agencies over allegations of illegal and unconstitutional spying against us – as well as millions of Americans including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, President Trump and his associates and family members – just got bigger and more serious.
As I go into with more depth on my weekly radio show, “Special Prosecutor With Larry Klayman,” which can be found at RadioAmerica.com, Radio America’s blog site, as well as FreedomWatchUSA.org, Comey’s former general counsel at the agency, James A. Baker, has been revealed to have allegedly leaked classified information presumably on behalf of his boss, in violation of various criminal statutes. According to Sara Carter of Circa News (see the below visually embedded appearance on Hannity last Thursday), Baker is now under criminal investigation by the Justice Department.

I had hope that he was quietly working on investigations and prosecutions. His Friday speech destroyed that hope.
After half a year in office and months of incessant leaks he announces to fanfare a review of policies concerning media subpoenas.
He’s too timid for the job.

It sounds like Klayman may be able to depose these crooks in a CIVIL lawsuit. If the civil lawsuit ends up exposing the real crap - and exposing that nobody in law enforcement was willing to even look at the real crap - there needs to be heck to pay. The fedgov would be exposed as one great big travesty spending our money to rip us off and deprive us of justice.
Seems like CIVIL lawsuits may be the only avenue for justice left, because the system itself is so corrupt it will never investigate and prosecute itself.
I really, really hope Klayman gets to depose these crooks, and catches them in the very web they wove against us all.
Too little, too late. By the time they get Civil Discovery(if ever) nothing can be done. Trump needs to put his workers on digging up everything about Obama and clinton. Then use it to influence the public. DOJ is not working on anything except saying the Deep State’s ass. Trump is the only person with the “fight” in him. They are keeping him tied up with all this BS.

I talked to someone on the FBI and she said that after the July 2012 press conference they did a cursory exam of the claims and found that the two main claims (pencil number 9 and out of sequence cert numbers) were false. They had already looked into the layers claim from the first press conference and knew that was false. So they concluded the investigation was either a sham or incompetent.
At the time Zullo said they used real experts.
But Zullo himself now admits that the layers, cert number and pencil 9 are not proof of forgery.
Obviously with that track record, the FBI is not going to pursue any new claims by Zullo"
Not sure I buy the "I talked to the FBI" stuff but I wouldn't be surprised if someone at the Bureau had in fact looked into the claims even if only informally. And the point about Zullo backtracking on previous claims of "proof of forgery" would open up interesting questioning by either Demo. Senators or defense attorneys.
Sounds like Klayman is working with Royce Lamberth to get discovery soon. “Influencing the public” doesn’t work because we have an enemy press. The only way the story even gets into the public eye is if there is a lawsuit that FORCES it into the public eye. And if Brennan and Comey are both in a lawsuit over this, I would think it could get in the public eye.
But the only way the deep state crooks will suffer any penalties - given the crooked arse-covering going on all the time - is if CITIZENS work to exact justice without law enforcement involved. Law enforcement at this point does not exist. That is just a very, very sad fact of life that we all need to realize and work around.
And a real functioning press does not exist in the lives of the vast majority of Americans. What they get is propaganda, period. Again, a sad, sad fact of life that we need to realize and work around.
