Story is he resigned two weeks ago.

I believe that. Nobody who intended to keep working for Donald Trump would have given that interview. It sounded to me as if he'd already decided to leave when I heard about it, and said so on previous threads.

I assumed he was going to leave on his own as soon as I read that he was going to be reporting to the new chief of staff. People like Bannon don’t operate that way — especially when the chief of staff is a career government employee.
