There seems to be a lot of these, all with similar names (”X antifa”), and they all look like low-quality trolling to me (always constantly retweeting each other, too). Eg:

Seriously, we’re supposed to believe that they’re sharing a petition to get people to -not- sign it? “liberals get the bullet”? Animated gifs of Chairman Mao? I’m sorry, this is over the top. Whoever is doing this needs to tone it down if they want it to be believable.
