It was absolutely correct.....the judge was an idiot and refused a jury trial....he was basicaly charged with following the law....no judge is above the law and since it was a misdemeanor, it would have been overturned on appeal....
He was found in contempt of court for Following Federal and State Law against the order of a Judge of an inferior court ordained and established by congress.
The only Guilty Party in this case is the Judge.
Wholely agree. Joe is an old man and his wife is very sick. He does not have the time for this baloney to drain him of his money and from being with his wife. Way to go President Trump. This is justice and remember we have a legal system not necessarily a justice system

I didn’t like any of the answers though I chose political end to a political prosecution. It was a case of Sheriff Joe upholding the laws of the land that the Feds refused to uphold. The one that should have been prosecuted was Obama for treason.

Arpaio was enforcing the law and the damned, detestable judge should be removed from the bench for deciding all on her own that our immigration laws are somehow ‘unconstitutional’.
If that rotten cow doesn’t know what ‘unconstitutional’ means then she has no damned business being a judge.
