Transgender soldiers, sailors, airmen and other members of the military, along with others who want to enlist, sued President Donald Trump on Monday, hoping the federal courts will stop him from preventing their service.
One federal lawsuit was filed in Baltimore by the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland on behalf of six transgender individuals currently serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard and Naval Reserve.
Another was filed in Seattle by Lambda Legal, on behalf of a 12-year Army veteran and two young transgender men who hope to enlist, along with Human Rights Campaign and the Gender Justice League.....

So the legal theory is now that a position in the armed forces has become a “right?” Surely this will be quickly dismissed.
Maybe they could get all the one-armed, and one-legged, schizophrenics, asthmatics, those with heart disease, and all others who are routinely rejected for military service to join their lawsuit.
With Clinton and Obama judicial appointees?
Don’t forget the blind brain surgeons.
If the military cannot reject those who reject their own biology, then they can’t reject anyone.
Does a civilian court even have jurisdiction over military matters?
They will hand select a sympathetic judge to rule in their favor. In fact, they probably have done that already.
The president is commander in chief. The courts have no business trying to interfere with our military.
Aside from the Supreme Court that can hear appeals are convictions under the UCMJ.
And the president should ignore any adverse ruling.
Haven’t you heard? Judges pull laws out of their asses now.
These suits only work when both side want the same results. They must think Hillary won the election.
I am sure they are going to find a friendly judge but in the end, the President of the United States is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Services. It is one his duties in the Constitution.
And unless the judge has forgotten, we have three branches of Government. A judge has no say on this matter.
But for a little entertainment purpose, what would happen if they were successful. From that point on, people would be able to sue the President over any decision made in regard to the military. One step closer the destruction of our nation.
This is all about making transgenderism normal and a protected “minority.”

I doubt it. I’m sure they are probably picking preferential judges, probably in the ninth circuit.
That’s okay. Trump will look at the injunction the court issues. See if there is anything that has any merit. Fix that. Do it again, and then run it up to SCOTUS.

They didn’t file the suit in Baltimore just by random.
They have picked their Judges out. It will go to the SC who legalized Gay Marriage. I think Trump should have said no new Trannies he would have a better chance of winning. He is CIC it should be a slam dunk but you can’t count on anything anymore.
