I’m still amazed that there haven’t been more “DC Snipers” type of attacks since they’re so easy to implement and so effective at terrorizing an area.

I’m surprised there haven’t been any more Alla Snackbar attacks, because yelling it in a public place would cause a panic and a stampede, and I doubt they would EVER charge a moose with a crime for it.
