A classic example is the recent case against Subway because some of the bread in their foot-long subs did not rise enough, causing 11 inch sandwiches. The lawyers were about to get $525,000 to settle the matter, until a smart judge realized the case had no merit.
Finally, If you think anyone who is simply asking you to backup statements and assumptions with some facts is attacking you, then perhaps it is time for you to use some of the benefits available in our healthcare system for those similarly delusional.
