Dec 19, 2014 Abbott's Generic Drug Business Gets A Boost With Veropharm Acquisition
Global healthcare major Abbott Laboratories has completed its acquisition of Russian pharmaceutical company Veropharm for 16.7 billion rubles ($305 million) in an all-cash deal.
Veropharm is one of the leading generic drug manufacturers in Russia, and the deal will give Abbott a manufacturing presence in the country. The deal makes sense in light of Abbott’s recent efforts to expand its generic drug business in high-growth emerging markets such as China, India, Latin America and Russia because of sustained sluggishness in developed markets.
Per the terms of the deal, Abbott acquired limited liability company Garden Hills, which currently owns 98% of Veropharm. Abbott also assumed Veropharm’s net debt of 4.7 billion rubles ($136 million) as part of the deal. Veropharm is expected to contribute about $150 million to company sales in 2015.
Just another suspicious puzzle piece is that Kew Garden Hills, LLC – obviously a big organization to take on $136M in Russian debt – per Bloomberg: “Kew Gardens Hills, LLC does not have any Key Executives recorded.” They are registered as a foreign LLC.
Kew Garden Hills registered contact for the corporation is a company called A&E Real Estate Holdings LLC, and their website is nothing but a homepage with a phone number and info-email address. A&E REH is represented by an Evan B Weiss, the business address is an exclusive home in Palos Verdes, and the mailing address is in North Dakota. A&E REH is also registered as a foreign LLC.
Both corporations were filed within ONE DAY of each other June 30-July 1 2014!
This just reeks of Clinton-confusion tactics to delay and complicate them getting nabbed. Dollars to donuts John Podesta is a major backroom player in both of these operations.
Wonder if the Clinton’s have a hit man or a hit woman doing the work only the democrats will ever know?.

Rago used to appear regularly on WSJ Editorial Report on Saturday afternoon on Fox News - the program was off for a week after his death was announced, and they did a very nice brief obit on him at the end of the program when they returned - I watched carefully to see if there was any hint of ominous concern or possible suspicion related to the circumstances of his death, but all that was mentioned was a bland unknown reasons - perhaps the journalists at WSJ will pick up the cause and pursue the story Rago was on - or maybe they’re scared silent and want to know nothing more about what happened....
For sure investigating anything about the Clintons is not healthy. Just like the person investigating Clinton’s connection to human trafficking, she just up and committed suicide. How convenient!
If a cause of death is not mentioned, it is usually suicide or overdose.
This makes me so damn sad. It’s not even remotely funny to joke about clintoncide, it’s just disgusting and there no doubt in my mind why people have gone freakin insane - there is NO rule of law governing this nation any longer.
Look at this young man, he’s gone because he pursued the truth, and it’ll got covered up just like all the rest.
On this 9/11 all I could think of was Ambassador Stevens and the 3 men who died along with him - and I still pray that they haunt hillary until the moment she takes her last breath.
