Says he got a dual citizen passport. That's unusual because I read some time back that one has to relinquish one's US citizenship (or any other country) as part of becoming a Russian citizen.
And at the time they didn't make you leave your pets for clearance by a vet, or holding period (maybe if it looks like something is wrong with them or maybe it's just conventional pets, not exotic ones).

His father was born to Russian Jewish immigrants. He has dual citizenship. Actually three including Serbia. Some people collect stamps. He collects citizenships.
