I may not have understood correctly something that I heard yesterday. Someone — Rush? Hannity? Can’t recall — said that this is going down exactly as the libs orchestrated it. They want the NFL to fail, since it’s a huge, unifying, typically American effort/organization. One possible outcome (they hope) is that the NFL PTB will remove the flag and Anthem from the program to quiet down the ruckus. With this one kneeling strategy (or “shtrategy”, as the Fox infobabes say), they get a win-win-win.

(1) The flag will be set aside. (2) The National Anthem will be set aside. (3) The formerly very-American football unifying pastime will lose popularity and/or die.

I may have interpreted it wrong, but that was how I understood the interview. So, if we do boycott or annihilate the NFL, it’s exactly what they want. Maybe an Alinsky tactic?

If, like European Soccer teams, the majority or nearly the majority of the players are on the side of the 1% trying to destroy the NFL, then it doesn't much matter what we do, it's only a matter of timing.

We can either watch it go down the tubes now over something like disrespecting the flag or a couple years from now when the NFL starts setting aside free tickets for select minorities paid for by raising prices for those those evil white folks that "need to be made to feel uncomfortable", and slots on each team for trans, queers, or whoever else the wretches running the mess agree has been "under represented".

IMHo, better now than after they've had more years and more tax dollars to cushion their butts and help them pay to buyout the next target they'll try and destroy.
