Given what the MK ultra is reportedly did during the 60’s with just psychedelics and hypnotism and you add in technology from today like fMRI and Direct magnetic Brain stimulation, there really could be no telling how far they could manipulate someone ( if “they” really wanted to ) .
I mean deep magnetic Brain stimulation could be used to effectively disable certain higher functions in someone’s brain as they apply drugs and hypnotic programming. Along with using fMRI to fine tune the targeted areas of the brain allowing the mental manipulation to be ultra precise and hard to break and/or detect.... This could all theoretically be used to cause someone to be unaware they themselves are being manipulated along with programming them with the very idea that they themselves came up with the plot themselves.
Some definitely scary next-level stuff.

Once he was in this hotel room, they could crank up the power on the giant magnets and sure some of his weapons may move about the room, his smartphone would crash and his pacemaker might be ripped out of his chest, all of that would alter his mind.
