It is going to be interesting to see how they handle all the liability claims from guests and concert goers. I’m suggesting the cases will have merit, but there is gong to be a crap ton of them.

Maybe off topic, and I admit I don’t know the laws in this case. But I don’t see how Mandalay Bay has great liability.

It seems to me that the hotel was incidental to the heinous actions.

What liability do they have? For example, will some attorneys suing claim that they failed to screen his luggage for weapons or explosives?

I’m sure somehow they will be sued. I just can’t figure off hand exactly what they failed to do, legally, that makes them somehow legally liable for a nutcase using their premises to carry out a massacre.
