There seems to be ideology in the mix though, given the crowd were patriots.

Over the weekend, a smarter than thou reporter was pronouncing it as Lord Jesus.
I still think Campos was reason Paddock shot at the crowd. Paddock was no where ready with whatever plan he had as he was using the noise from the concert as cover for the drilling. Campos showing up and interrupting the preps wasn’t part of the plan. Paddock panicked and all hell broke loose.
The feds probably know what the real plan was and that’s why they’re having to make up this new ever changing story. They need to come clean on what Paddock’s true objective was and who all else was involved. Come on, we all know one person can’t shoot all those guns at the same time and he didn’t have the tannerite in position yet. So, who were the others?
I don’t think if you are standing, and you shoot yourself in the head, your body is going to fall so that your legs are both straight, and your arms fall to your side, as if you we’re laying on the floor.but even if I cede that point, the 2ARs at his feet; one was on its side, the other was upright on the bipod,straddling his leg. So which one did he use? The one on its side? He would have had to slip his foot (sole to floor) through the bipod and then straighten his leg out, after he shot himself. If he used the upright AR, he would have to fall to the floor after he shot himself,in the ubiquitous laying on the floor position (insert eye roll here) and the AR would than had to have fallen and landed upright, straddling hi leg. Do you disagree? I’m assuming you’ve studied the 2 photos?
Details are extremely important, as your post shows. Sounds very reasonable.
That and bingo with the bipod.
Measure the distance between his head and the pistol. According to the every truthful internet and my measurements, heads are 8-9” tall. Going with 9” and keeping perspective, measure out to the pistol. That’s short of 2 feet.
First things cops are supposed to do is kick the weapon away from the suspect. Sorry, but 2 feet means the cops did no kicking or securing the weapon in all the time that passed until the coroner or whomever showed up to take pictures. Either it was staged or they are incompetent.
Thank you for your reply, did you also read my post#50 in this thread? The way his body is positioned, and the proximity of the gun(s) to it, lead me to believe there is no way he shot himself. This is an important topic because IF true, he wasn’t the only one there. I’ve posted about this on numerous threads over the past week, but appears no FReepers care to discuss, what COULD BE an important clue, in the crime scene.
