??

I have not tried to get a group of seats, but I have gotten 2 seats next to each other or across aisle or behind each other. Actually, I was going to travel with a friend this fall and said since we will be spending a week together, really not that important that we sit together for 3 hours on flight...I have seen seat trade requests made and honored for small children to sit with parents.

I always do early-bird check in so I don’t have to worry about calling or going online 24 hours before travel. I don’t know how one gets into group C with early-bird check in...

Frankly I appreciate being able to travel with points...

Due to the hurricanes this fall, I had to cancel a trip, but the points are “in the bank” for another time—points that I bought for 30% off earlier plus got a sale on the flight too.

I can transfer points to family members too, and no baggage charge for 2 checked bags...

NO idea what previous poster was talking about, but I have had 99% positive experiences with Southwest.
