Its almost like the schools and parents have stopped teaching the fable of The Grasshopper and the Ant.
They still teach it on college campuses, with a modern twist. When winter comes, and the grass hopper is hungry, he goes to the government and complain that the ants have more than their fair share. The government, then redistributes the grain the ants have worked hard for.
