I might take the focus off ISIS and acknowledge that terror has arrived. Domestic terror I suppose, since we're inviting the terrorists in. And not just Islamic, left wing terror has been active and doing well the last few years. In the form of Antifa and related anarchist groups, BLM and their cronies and even academia. Terror relates to the use of both violence and intimidation to achieve political ends. If the threat of violence or intimidation is used to keep speakers of a certain political persuasion out of public view, that's terrorism.
