Seems like in other Asian cuisine, they use a lot of chili peppers. Wonder what they ate before that evil bastard Columbus discovered the New World, where Capsicum was indigenous.

I eat Korean as often as I can. Not only the entrees but the little side dishes.

Capsicum came from the New World? Sorta, maybe, kinda remember that.

It seems to be a staple in Africa.

Heads up- African food.... Green stuff is good. Red stuff, run away unless you are into pain!!!
