A few years ago, I saw some liberal claiming that illegals are necessary for our economy, because they are the ones cleaning our houses, taking care of our children, etc. It was a classic case of projection.
The proper term for paying illegals under the table to do menial tasks is "human trafficking," in other words, slavery. And the left wants to keep that going as for as long as possible. God forbid they should have to hire people and pay market wages, benefits, and taxes on them.
