Eastern Europeans have a saying: we’ve just got out communism, after 45 years of Hell, only to discover that the West is marching (this time benevolently) into the same hellhole we’ve just managed to escape from. And this is not a joke either. The West’s essential institutions are pathologically corrupted by cultural Marxism, which is just another word for communist infiltration. The Church, the higher learning institutions, the mass media, the corporate culture, the body politics, everything leans heavily on the left nowadays both in the United States and in Western Europe. And anyone who’s to the right of Mao is labeled by the MSM as extreme right and stupidly associated with Nazis (which were socialists).
But today’s news is about the new Gulag (read Gulag Archipelago by famous Russian dissident Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn) which is spelled Goolag in newspeak. We just got word that YouTube, which is a Google-owned company, censored (as in put in YouTube jail) a videoclip about the European migrant crisis. The respective videoclip was uploaded on YoutTube by Poland’s conservative government, which, by the way, is very nationalistic and anti-mass immigration.

A “this may be offensive, you sure you want to see it?” button is nothing like “you posted something we don’t like, so we’re going to throw you in jail and might even let your family know, or just kill you, whichever.”

Google’s bias is evident in everything from downgrading search results from conservative sources to “fact checking” that only checks against liberally biased sources.
Just as insidious as outright bans are the layers and levels of censorship from flagging Prager University as “controversial” so school kids cannot see it to letting you post videos that take so much work to reach that it is nearly invisible. The latter is the digital equivalent of a university “free speech zone” that’s one corner far from traffic flow.
