“Back around 2006 a fellow plant employee was arrested, jailed and arraigned for allegedly molesting his young teenage daughter’s girlfriend. After all was said and done, turns out the crazy ex-wife conspired with the young girl to make the fake claim.”

Sounds like our heros in blue these days...fire, ready, aim. Or in this case, arerest, charge, convict, imprison then investigate.

In the 2016 NH Democrat Primary, exit polls asked voters which traits they considered most important in a candidate. They also asked (among other things) who they voted for.

Those who named "Honest" and "Trustworthy" as the important traits went for Bernie by NINETY THREE to SIX... an 87% margin.

Apparently, Democrat voters do NOT "Always trust the women".

The last time America “always believed the woman” was in Salem, Massachusetts.

Always Believe the Women

Does anyone else remember the testimony of the hefty young lady (who happens to have dark skin), in the St Trayvon hearings? She couldn't remember what she wrote, she couldn't read "her own" cursive writing, etc etc etc. Great witness. MUST be believed!!

Rachel Jeantel was the name, I think.

Always believe the women? Anyone who believes that has never been through a divorce from one.

Has that stopped his conviction in the august halls of Congress, throughout the MSM, all through the democrat party?

Well, with respect to the last two, the fact that it is the MSM and the Democrat Party is the answer to its own question.

The only reason there has been a "conviction" in the "august halls of Congress" is because .. to quote another in a similar instance .. it's a wretched hive of scum and villainy. No one there has the guts to say "Show us the proof" or even "Show us some hard evidence".

With the majority of the people, however, it's hard, physical evidence that they're looking for and we're not buying what the witch-hunters are selling ...

A friend on mine was on WRKO in Boston. He is a Black Conservative. He started showing up on CNN. A girl who had been friends with his step daughter did not like him talking smack about Obama. So she made a Rape charge. Two years in Riker’s awaiting trial. Trial goes 10-1 to acquit. Charges get dropped because the story fell apart. He’s a free man. But he’s not on the radio anymore is he?....

Trump’s team are a collection of loose cannons. These are not elected officials, they are directly subordinate to the President of the United States. They have no business commenting on anything concerning the President’s personal life, policies, politics. Do your job Nikki Haley and keep your mouth shut. If you have issues with the President speak with him privately. If you can’t resolve those differences, resign. Same goes for Tillerson, MacMaster, Mattis, Sessions and the rest of the Cabinet.

Again, that just piss-poor pretrial investigation by the police. Too many people afraid to tell little-Miss Snowflake that they don't believe her story and too afraid of being reamed in the MSM for making that decision.

I see it in military courts all of the time now. 90% of the courts-martial here are for sex offenses ... and easily 75-80% of those end up as either acquittals or with dropped charges after arraignment because the accusing witness (I won't say "victim") suddenly decides that she doesn't want to testify under oath and, as a result, the case falls apart.

The military authorities appear to believe that all sexual accusations must be taken to court, otherwise the MSM and liberals will say mean things about them ...

I was the victim of a false report.

Thank GOD I was in my attorney’s office, on the phone with the judge, setting a court date at the time she claimed the incident happenEd.

Then she was forced to try to change her story, but time stamped intake calls at crisis services proved she was lying.

BUT...

I was taken out of MY OWN house in handcuffs and forced to move into an apartment. When I tried to press charges against her for false arrest the DA said “you just want to get back at her”.

I had to threaten him with filing a writ of mandamus to DO HIS DAN JOB since I was the only one who actually had a crime committed against me, and it literally costs me tens of thousands of dollars.

WOMEN WHO FILE FALSE CHARGES SHOULD RECEIVE THE SAME SENTENCE AS THEIR VICTIM WOULD HAVE RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

The idea that women tell the truth by default and men lie by default is inane.

People tell the truth or lie in accordance with their individual character.

Women have always wanted control of men, and thus of what men can provide, and having unilateral control of all interactions between women and men is a way to get that.

The best argument against this I’ve seen is the snapshot from “To Kill a Mockingbird”.

Agreed. There should be heavy penalties for lying and trying to destroy someone’s life.

Around 1997 my ex-gf, after i found out she was cheating on me I showed up at her house.
She politely let me in to reclaim the new TV, Radio and emerald bracelet i had recently bought her.
Convinced by her Friend she then had me charged with breaking and enter at night.
Cops waiting for me at my house while pulling up after work, arrested me in front of my neighbors.
I thought i was going to jail.
after a couple of grand in legal fees my lawyer was going to have both her and her witness roommate testify on the stand under oath.
Suddenly i found the charge had been dropped, much to the female victim advocates chagrin.
still cost me much grief and $$.
I should have sued that narcissistic greedy bitch...

What pisses me off was the vacation in Maine i paid for, the $1000 frigging parrot she hounded me to buy her (but didn’t) while she was busy cheating.
Wish nothing but the WORST for her in the future.
Stole my youth...

Many, many moons ago, I got into a spat with another Freeper because I had the gall to say that sometimes women lie about sexual assault and domestic abuse.

It even went a step further. During his arraignment, the female judge called him a monster.........Talk about prejudging before a trial.
