Gowdy can investigate and bring the results of his investigation to the public and to the AG.

Jeff Sessions would then need to act. But of course Sessions can't act because he recused himself for all matters connected to Hillary.

For the record I believe Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy are the leaders in the House with regard to the Fake Dossier.

There are others, many others, but those two stand out for me.
