I love sheriff Joe but he is too old and he is doing us a disservice by running. Pick a candidate Joe and help them

Yep, as much as I am #TeamBannon, I don’t want to be on the business end of another one of his sixth-grade political science project.

Not good.
If the people of Arizona want to elect a Sheriff, David Clarke should to move to Phoenix and set up shop.

I love Sheriff Joe but the media will wipe the floor with him, just like they did Roy Moore in my home state. They will screech, “Too old!” and will probably dig up some whore who swears he sexually harassed her.

Who knows? But if he has the vigor to do it that speaks well for the potential of old folks. From where I sit at 55, just getting to 86 seems like a big deal, let alone running for the Senate.

Come on Joe, it’s time to stop running with the big guys and stay home on the porch.

Oh, please, Joe. A wrench lodging in the cog of the AZ race.
Joe is losing it. He can easily salvage a fascinating record and a great reputation by retiring, and if he must, doing a speech or two, and interviews (maybe).
Dividing the electorate in liberal AZ is a nasty trick. Not now, Joe. Not ever.
Republicans are going to have to pound you in order for you to catch on, and they will. Heck, I will.
Chill the damned egotistical pipe dream, Joe.

It's a classic RINO trick. Con someone into the race that can draw votes away from another conservative. RINOs love it when one conservative candidate is an idealist and another a pragmatist. Play them against each other while the RINO slips to victory. Believe me, before this is said and done there will be five conservatives sparring in the primary against one RINO.

Exactly. This is not good news.

The average life expectancy of an 86 year old male American is
5.4 years. So Joe has a little less than 50% probability of making it through his first term. Keep in mind he lost his last election as well.

I hope Republicans are not fooled by the Sheriff’s shiny badge. He’s too old.
Stay the course with Kelli Ward. She’s the real deal and she’ll back President Trump 100%

Hoo boy. Arizona already has one octogenarian senator. Do they really need another?

As I have mentioned previously, Dr. Kelli Ward has totally earned my support. She is sensible and solid and anything to the contrary is just nonsense left over from McCain attack ads when she held him to 51% in his own district.
She has the long term support of a good number of FR members that know her.
I have met her and spoken with her in person. She is sharp, our type of conservative and seasoned with plenty of experience in AZ politics.
Sheriff Joe saved Maricopa County and Phoenix in general but a Senate seat for six years is a working seat not a media platform and at his age that is all he wants it for by running now.
