"In June 2015, Lambert’s former co-president, Daren Condrey, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the FCPA and commit wire fraud, and Vadim Mikerin pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering involving violations of the FCPA. Mikerin is currently serving a sentence of 48 months in prison and Condrey is awaiting sentencing.

Condrey is still awaiting sentencing after 2.5 years. Can mean only one thing; he's cooperating with the feds.

Condrey is still awaiting sentencing after 2.5 years. Can mean only one thing; he's cooperating with the Feds is the reason.

The Uranium associated investigations under Obama's DOJ were dead for 1.5 of those years he was awaiting sentencing. So I don't think that Condrey cooperating with the feds is the reason unless it is to help cover things up.

Beyond that, it's more likely that acting AG Rosenstein knows more about the government side of the associated Uranium scandals than does Condrey. Beyond even that, if Condrey actually did know things about the government side of the associated Uranium scandals, he would actually be putting Rosenstein, his buddy Mueller and all of their cohorts, Holder, Hillary, Obama... in jeopardy.

Condrey’s knowledge of the criminal conduct of the individuals you mention may be why the Obama DOJ hadn’t had him sentenced, yet. On the other hand, his prosecution could not be controlled by the DOJ once the local US Attorney got it rolling.

Rosenstein lead the prosecutorial team against Condrey. And now with Sessions recused, it's Rosenstein again, with almost exactly the same prosecutorial team in this case against Cowdrey's partner Lambert.

Rosenstein won’t touch this with a ten-foot pole because the prosecutors were pissed when Holder-Lynch stopped them before.

That was before we learned Rosenstein is up to his eyeballs in Uranium 1.
