The law in NYS is 10 rounds, and that’s up from 7 in the original Andy Cuomo “Safe Act”.

If not, at what point are we at war with those people? What has to happen before honest Americans are justified in removing them from whatever offices they hold, by whatever means are necessary?

Yes, just how far must they push us before we push back?

I don't have the answer but I will say at this point, in my now liberal state of Washington, that I will NOT comply with registering or licensing my 30 rd magazines or AR-15, I WILL NOT!

What are they going to do? They say the punishment is a gross misdemeanor; are they going to send a 66 year old, Army combat Vet to jail?

Let them try.

As screwed up as this state is, (and believe me, it's only the west side of the state), there are tens of thousands of gun owners here who agree with me, we WON'T comply!

The balls in their court, if they pass these fascist, unconstitutional laws, they need to try and enforce them.
