“”erhaps they have proof embedded in the Fisa fiasco that reveal Seth Rich wass murderer?”

Probably not. If so, the GOP congressmen who’ve seen it wouldn’t say on TV, “MAYBE people should go to jail”. There’d be no “maybe” about it if this shows Seth was murdered.

Edward Snowden, whatever anyone call him , or thinks about him was at the forefront of exposing this “ know all, see all” apparatus used by the Obama administration.

Its the newer, more deadlier version of the Hillary FBI file blackmail scheme.

Need FOIA to see what this explosive file has.

Judicial Watch if necessary will go for the throat on this one. They are , to me, one of the few can trust organizations out there.

My theory is that the memo contains a description of extensive surveillance of political candidates and their families ... using foreign assets for the job ... for the purpose of destroying these people as political candidates ... and blackmailing them if they are in office. The reason you don’t hear more GOP leaders demanding the release of the memo is that many of them are trying to figure out how badly they’ve been compromised already.

Bingo, and the snakes who are “ not seeking re-election” know this is coming so they will get out on in their mind “ honorable terms”

NSA has already destroyed subpoenaed documents from JW with an “oops we accidently deleted them”.

Do you remember that when Dinesh D’Souza went to trial he ask for information how the government knew that he made a donation to his friend and they would never give that information to him.

“These guys have been spying on everyone foriegn & domestic FISA or NO FISA”

Thinden, you are absolutely correct, and what hasn’t come out yet, but will, is that this warrantless surveillance has been going on since early 2011. Which means before john Roberts chose to re-write Obamacare as a ‘tax’, and before he ruled that the government healthcare exchange could offer subsidies, when the law explicitly says they cannot. Funny how those things happened , huh?

Yup.

Hildabeast days of “filegate” are a pimple compared to “obammagate” domestic spying on everyone.

So let me get this straight,,,

Seth, a computer security expert working for the DNC, who was a disgruntled Bernie Sanders supporter, was shot in the back, in a “robbery” where nothing was taken, while under surveillance by the FBI,,,, by an FBI gun stolen hours earlier out of a FBI car nearby?

And all this while the FBI top brass was at the time colluding with the democrat party to clear Hillary of the email scandal, recently having been exposed by a computer expert who leaked disturbing evidence regarding the FBI collusion with Hillary to Wikileaks?

Is that close?

Doesn’t seem suspicious to me...(s)

Worth repeating.

I'd bet earlier — Remember the egregious and grievous violations of the Bill of Rights known as The Patriot Act?
I would assume they started gearing things up right after passing it, though it wouldn't surprise me to learn that they were already doing violations and wanted to ex post facto legitimize their practices while expanding their powers.

“Has anyone seen Sessions?”

Of all the tiresome, repetitive, memes that pop up predictably on these FR threads, none are more annoying than the “Has anyone seen Jeff Sessions?” comments.

You don’t know anything about what he’s doing or not doing.

Unless you’re talking about a Democrat administration fraught with abuse of power and partisan activism, an AG is not supposed to be a publicity seeking political hack on behalf of the political party in power.

That’s what Obama’s AGs did but that doesn’t make it right - and because we don’t see Sessions behaving that way does not mean he’s abdicating his responsibilities.

In a few years we’ll all know whether or not Jeff Sessions was an effective AG. Until then, I wish people would quit scapegoating a man who has always behaved honorably.

Patience grasshopper.

When the bad actors are called to a federal grand jury, we become aware. It is possible, of course, for a federal grand jury to deliberate in secret as it often does with the continuous stream of undercover officers and informants providing the predicate for wiretaps and third party subpoenas.

But, as a person somewhat familiar with the federal grand jury process, I am confident in saying that Sessions is doing exactly nothing he should be doing to preserve evidence and testimony in these matters. There should already have been hundreds of witnesses called. The notion that there is some sort of covert undertaking by Mr. Sleepy, is really really stupid. .
