How does this work? Do you vote for a pair for each year, such as 1970: 3, 4?
For each pair you see together, vote for your favorite. There are 32 pairs, which means 32 votes/winners.
I should’ve noted that the columns are “rank/year/title/artist”. Just FYI on the ranks so you can see some how Billboard ranked the songs for each year. Thus we put 1 vs. 6, and so on.
