As a Patriot, Long didn’t go to the WH last year.
Oh, oh! That’s what I get for not following football! I don’t know who that guy was, or who he played for, etc. My assertion was just an intuitive guess.
Still, I think it would be hard to turn down an invitation from the President. I wonder what his family thought about his decision. Or what issue is so important to him that he would refuse the invitation.
