Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's speechwriter Patrick Kelly was on Twitter right after he arrived at the office Wednesday morning, blasting the governor-appointed Illinois Lottery Control Board Chairman Blair Garber for a derogatory comment he reportedly made about East St. Louis
Mr. Garber's unfortunate comments aside, we all should be upset about how Illinoisans are suffering in East St. Louis," the IR editor said. "But Democrats should really explain who's responsible for how that once-proud city declined so far with Leftist policies controlling the state."
He’s right about Fran, her blog and that E. St. Louis is MOST DEFINITELY a shithole.

Maybe Conan O’Brien will do a show from a resort in East St. Louis to demonstrate to us how that city isn’t a shithole.
East St. Louis was formerly the hometown of US Senator Dick Durbin.
Garber’s controversial statement reworked Durbin’s allegation that President Trump referred to impoverished countries as “#%&@*s” by commenting that East St. Louis is also a hole.

East St. Louis is a Rat shithole, and has been for decades. Rats have controlled the town for generations. It is a notorious judicial hellhole, and no sane person would ever go near the place.
Blair is a RINO. In Dec. 2013, he voted for the Cook Co. GOP to endorse Rauner. In March 2015, Blair co-hosted a Mark Kirk fundraiser. I asked Tim Wolfe to run against Blair for the state central committee in April.
