The FISA Memo, Obama And The Election That Almost Wasn’t
Tom Luongo.Me ^ | 2-4-2018

Posted on 02/04/2018 5:54:23 AM PST by blam

“Round up the usual suspects,” will be as far as the Democrats will be willing to go in the wake of the FISA memo’s release. There is nothing in that memo that anyone following the Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation doesn’t already know.

All the memo does is corroborate the bread crumbs left behind by a drip feed of leaks, counter-leaks and good ol’ fashioned investigative journalism. Since the memo is based on actual evidence that the FBI admits is real but will not allow us to see, the memo itself can be taken as fact.

The FBI has the evidence. They’ve showed it to the House Intelligence Committee. Both agree on the facts. So, by extension, the memo is all the evidence we need.

Put that in your DNC-scripted talking point pipe and blow it out your ass.

Conclusions Matter

Now that the timeline and paper trail have been determined the real implications of the memo and its facts can be discussed. I’m no longer interested in the game of cut and thrust to stop the truth from coming out.

I’m only interested now in the conclusions we can draw from the memo itself.

And those conclusions are chilling.

The out-going Obama administration, at the highest levels in coordination with the media, conspired to create news stories that supported a FISA warrant based on politically-motivated opposition research to undermine the newly-elected President of the United States.

Moreover, it knowingly omitted material facts to the court not once, but four times, to keep that surveillance warrant open in service of this operation. A warrant the FBI deputy director, Andrew McCabe, testified under oath to Congress that was key to its issuance.

They knew the dossier on Trump, compiled by Michael Steele, was unverifiable. They hid its origin and motivation from the court. The information from this warrant and the details of the dossier were used to move public opinion and Congress into supporting Robert Mueller’s investigation.

But, to what end?

To disgrace and force from office the President of the United States. Thus, these people, and the leadership of the Democratic Party, President Obama himself and Hillary Clinton’s staff all conspired to criminally disenfranchise more than 60 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump.

To say that this is bigger than Watergate is like calling World War II a minor kerfuffle.

What About the Voters!?

Think about this for one second and you know what I’m saying.

All of these people are guilty, at a minimum of corruption, conspiracy and fraud. I’m no legal scholar, so I’m sure the list of offenses is longer than one of Hillary Clinton’s tirades after someone criticized her latest pantsuit atrocity.

This ultimately opens all of these organizations up to the biggest civil rights class action lawsuit in the history of this country. The Obama administration and the Democratic Party used opposition research to paint a false narrative of corruption in the Oval Office to discredit the election.

How many riots and street demonstrations did we see in 2017 as outraged and triggered liberals ran around smashing in windows and beating people up because of their delusion based on a lie?

How many hours of lost productivity did the country suffer because of FBI complicity in an operation to overturn a legal election?

How many millions in property damage? Destroyed careers?

What about the direct victims of this disgusting display of government corruption taken to its logical conclusion?

Why is Michael Flynn nearly bankrupt after being hounded by Mueller for months only to get a nothing guilty plea on the thinnest of procedural offenses?

When the corruption is this venal isn’t it our right under the Constitution to petition our government for a redress of grievances? Who do we sue?

Because there’s material harm here and someone should be held responsible. This began under Obama’s watch. He set this whole process in motion. High ranking members of his cabinet are directly implicated by the facts in the memo.

And the memo is just the beginning of the discovery phase of this very public trial.

Government on Trial

But, I want more than that. I want it all out in the open. And I want those responsible, those for whom the titles, salaries, benefits and power we bestow on them to do our work, to stand up and be accountable.

And if they are too venal, feckless and narcissistic to admit these things, then we’ll drag them through the most embarrassing of show trials.

And that means stripping them of their wealth, power and privilege.

It means turning off their house organs in the media; outing the enablers, leakers, trolls and spooks.

It means releasing everything, unredacted, in the name of national security.

It means reminding them of just how much all of that depends on our consent, not theirs.

Because if we don’t demand these things, then next time there won’t even be the pretense of an election.

This isn’t just about trying to steal an election; its about stealing a country and they almost got away with it. But its bipartisan and has been going on for 30 years, ever since OUR President, Reagan, left office and the phony bipartisan poseurs called the Bush family began in office. As eccentric as he was, Ross Perot in 1992 was onto it but couldn’t really put his finger on the scale and goals of the unified globalist bunch. Think about how GW Bush and his minions at the CIA (including Tenet, the director, who Bush awarded the Congressional Medal of Freedom) lied their way into Iraq and Afghanistan at the cost of 7000 American lives, countless foreigners, and trillions in debt (the head of the OMB was fired for predicting that these needless wars would cost money). Think about Lois Lerner at the IRS, openly stalling Tea Party tax free filings so that she could swing the election. Essentially, the same bunch of clowns continued to operate the upper echelons at CIA and FBI and DOJ; a few decades ago, who would have thought that a man (Brennan) who openly voted for the Communist Gus Hall for President cold serve as CIA Director? Who would have thought that a lying idiot like James Clapper could get the same job? Or that a simpleton like Peter STrzok, either so stupid or so sure of his arrogance, could exchange thousands of emails with one of Mueller’s staff lawyers, Lisa Page, in which they express their open contempt for a presidential candidacy and their attempts to stop it? They got too bold, too open, too contemptuous of the real America and our history, and the whole thing is now breaking open like a piece of fruit that looks fine on the outside but is teeming with rot and insects on the inside. 70,000 voters in Michigan, Wisconsin and our beloved Pennsylvania made all the difference. Thank God!

It’s clear that the “insurance policy” they discussed was a coup if Trump got elected.

No question, that reported secret meeting was about that.

“Key fact about Mueller: he is very close friends with Comey, and was the mentor and close friend of Rosenstein. Mueller is also expert at covering up for lawless law enforcement: see his role with Whitey Bulger, BCCI, HSBC, Waco, Noriega, IRS/Tea Party & Fast & Furious. “

They don’t enjoy any trust from the people NOW, since it’s proven that the criminal elite have been using the DOJ/FBI as their own personal Rottweilers and Dobermans for at least two decades.

Somewhere in the final season of Breaking Bad, Hank, the DEA agent bro-in-law of meth cooker Walter White, is trying to track down Walt’s hidden ill-gotten cash. Through a series of lies and misdirection directed at a former minion of Walt, Hank discovers that Walt had previously been supplied with seven plastic barrels and a van, and had returned with no barrels and a dusty/dirty van, money hidden somewhere in a very large desert.

DEA Hank then dummied a picture of bundles of money in a barrel (manufactured “fake evidence”), and gets that pic to Walt, misleading that the money had been found. This technique was effectively used to flush Walt out, and the Feds tracked him to the spot where the money had been hidden.

The reality of the Comey behavior was certainly a clone of the TV drama. Why did Comey brief Trump on the “salacious and unverified” content of the dossier on January 6, 2018, other than to show Trump “what a great guy he was”? He had previously sworn to the FISA court that that same information was legit. Why would Comey do the flip-flop on the quality of the info and spend time briefing them to the President-elect? Comey had to have had an ulterior motive.

With the covert surveillance fully in place (since October 2016 or earlier), I would wager that this slimebag move was intended to flush Trump out a la Breaking Bad. Comey and his corrupt circle most likely were fishing for panic-ed Trump communication following the briefing, with “someone” to alert them to the situation and commence corrective actions for his past bad acts captured in the dossier. Like Walt running to the desert to check his cash stash.

Let me guess... no signficant Trump reaction to the dossier brief captured in the surveillance... because there was no there there, and the dossier is/was pure fiction. Barney Fife Comey and his corrupt circle had to resort to other steps, including the lightning-speed Special Counsel, and they still have no real dirt.

And back to the Breaking Bad analogy, the trap Hank set on Walt ultimately led to Hank’s execution when others intervened.

It wasn’t “opposition research”, it was a deliberate lie - entirely made up, utterly baseless.

Opposition research is legitimate investigation into real facts. This was knowingly bearing false witness - a complete fraud.

food for thought:

If “any” of the members of a Criminal Conspiracy are in possession of a Firearm at any time during the Criminal Acts of said Conspiracy, regardless if all the participants are aware or not, they are ALL Guilty of possessing that firearm during a Criminal Act in furtherance of a Criminal Conspiracy.

See Charles Manson and OJ Simpson

Manson never hurt a fly but was convicted of 1st degree murder because of the “conspiracy”

OJ was never in possession of any weapons, his friend was, nobody pulled out a weapon, yet OJ was found guilty of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

This is standard procedure and long standing law in every jurisdiction in America.

Unless somebody can GUARANTEE that Not a Single FBI Agent or any other Government Agent was Armed during this Criminal Conspiracy, then by extension and LONG STANDING ESTABLISHED LAW, They ENTIRE BUNCH TOOK UP ARMS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES!!

That is TREASON!!!

Lots of good comments already, so I'll just add a couple of personal notes and observations:

IMO, too many people are still getting worked up and (re)acting in an emotional manner to the ongoing revelations. By now, any reasonably aware observer fully understands and recognizes that an aligned group of both domestic and foreign forces conspired to influence an election, and then over-throw the legally elected president of the USA.

This malice aforethought makes them enemies engaged in insurrection and rebellion, or to put it more succinctly, enemy combatants. Now, why is this legal term important? Because it opens up an entire separate avenue of prosecution - both legally/procedurally AND kinetic - that circumvents/complements the thoroughly corrupt civil justice system.

Words & definitions matter as well. Once the proglibs have been labeled as enemy combatants, and that association is made by a wide number of patriots, then certain other tools come into play that greatly diminishes their ability to continue to wage war. I'm referring of course to the media propaganda channels still controlled by the left. In many respects, this is there final defense, much like the main Japanese islands were in 1945.

The key then here is to destroy the enemy's core remaining defensive position. How this is achieved is an interesting study in strategy and tactics in its own right. My guess is it will be pursued through FCC broadcast licensing regulations, primarily the 'public interest' clause.

So, as the patriot spring & summer offensive continues, it will be fascinating to watch both the evolution of the the enemy combatant ID labeling tactic, as well as the various legal procedures which utilize licensing regulations to force at least 50/50 reporting. Let the games begin.
