This keyboard is supposed to do that but quit. It is afflicted with W10 so the fixes and controls are quite hidden or nonexistent. It was working fine until a couple of days ago and then started randomly distributing my keystrokes. I got that under control but the VN is gone.

Duolingo seems based on European sound assignations. I have no trouble with that. English is the outlier in vowel sounds among Roman alphabet languages, the outlier that has become dominant as a world language.

No problem. I thought I remembered seeing them in posts from you. I think if you use Google Translate software you can end up with accents in Viet in text, presuming you create Viet from English, or some other language. Like this: Wow này được viết bằng tiếng Việt. :) The only problem is, this destroys all the formatting in your post.
