Well it was in the fall-out after the tarmac meeting of Bill Clinton and AG Lynch but before Shrillary had even been “interviewed” on July 5 that Page texted Strzok to say that of course Lynch “knows” that Hillary will never be charged (why it was no “profile in courage” for AG Lynch to say publicly that she would “accept” recommendations from the FBI regarding the Clinton email investigation).
