This is so pathetic. Paid by money that has not been paid in and may never be paid in. Assuming Social security even still exists in the future then these people will be crying for a handout when they reach old age and have already used up all their social security. Pure socialist crap.
It is crap and will cause even more hesitation in hiring women in particular.
With all this fear of sexual harassment problems in the work place, this is probably already happening.
