I think she's been a closet smoker ...

I have emphysema and that happens about once every other week or so.

Like my voice vibrates the back of my throat and ut causes a cough reflex.

I'm no longer a smoker, but what I just witnessed is what has happened to me ... everything going along smoothly until ... cough, cough ...
