Rush just revealed that a Judge ordered Mueller to release FBI info to Flynn’s lawyers
when? recently?
If our enemies can do this to a General, just imagine what they can do to us “Privates?”
The Judge in the Flynn plea agreement was forced to recuse himself after his ruling accepting the Flynn plea bargain
He is a partisan Obama FISA judge who is suspected of approving much of the Trump FISA warrants, including the one that intercepted the Flynn conversation
So now Mueller goes after Flynn for a Login act violation or whatever else strikes his fancy. Mueller will not let Flynn go.

If you are charged with a crime, you almost always have no recourse against the prosecutor even if you're found not guilty.
If it is determined that the FBI and/or the prosecutor's office deliberately withheld exculpatory information from the defendant, then the defendant may have recourse to file suit to recover damages -- including compensatory damages to cover legal fees and maybe even punitive damages for malicious prosecution.
No, now it’s focusing on the “fact” that Trump LIED about Rob Porter matter, because FBI head Wray gave a different timeline re info released than WH.

He says something to make others think they have permission to act, so he does not have to do anything.
Like when thy killed Bin Laden- he had CANCELLED 3 attempts before, and so Lean Panetta asked him under what circumstances would they be able to get him- and then Panetta made sure those circumstances happened, and then only called in Obama from the golf course when it was underway and too late to stop it.
I even heard that he still tried to, but Panetta threatened to go public and expose him if he did.

Trump should pardon him based on this and start sticking a stick in Mueller’s (and this “investigation’s”) wandering eye. This is all BS, WE NEED A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR!!!!
Wasn’t it just a couple of weeks ago (Feb 1)that Mueller asked the judge to hold off on the sentencing of Flynn? That when the ship hit the fan.

You will remember that the conversation Michael Flynn had with Kislyak was leaked to WaPo last January 12... A senior government official. In the obama administration. This was the beginning of the end for Flynn. At The Hill, it was argued that this leak was "illegal but utterly justified." Admiral Mike Rogers said that releasing transcripts were harmful to national security. Catherine Herridge said that getting the transcript from the NSA had to come from very high up.
In Wisconsin,it was the John doe investigation...DEMOCRAT FROM HELL D.A.went after innocent republicans because they supported Walker...
