Rush just revealed that a Judge ordered Mueller to release FBI info to Flynn’s lawyers that the FBI didn’t think Flynn lied, as part of the Judge discovery. Rush says it must not have been turned over.
Flynn took plea on one charge of lying and Rush says he did so because he didn’t have the money to any longer fight legally.
But this not revealing the court ordered evidence gets this case tossed.
Meanwhile, its time for Trump to step in, Flynn was a target because he supported Trump, not something he did.
Also, can’t someone have a Flynn legal fund so we can dig him out of debt. He must feel his lifetime work for our country was not appreciated by us all.
In corporate America a mind and disiplined person like Gen. Flynn could have made much more money, than serving the national good. He deserves better than this.

They are trying like hell to cover everything and they aren’t able to do it. Because as much as they think they might, they didn’t thoroughly cover it up because they thought she would win.

If you are charged with a crime, you almost always have no recourse against the prosecutor even if you're found not guilty.
If it is determined that the FBI and/or the prosecutor's office deliberately withheld exculpatory information from the defendant, then the defendant may have recourse to file suit to recover damages -- including compensatory damages to cover legal fees and maybe even punitive damages for malicious prosecution.

I’ve heard the no money response, I’ve also heard the deal was to get Mueller to not charge Flynn’s son for failure to register as a Foreign Agent.
Mueller wanted testimony against other players in the Trump administration. If the FBI information was withheld from Flynn, under the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, everything that Flynn later testified to against anyone else should be inadmissible, including anything developed on the basis of the information Flynn provided. Legally, it should be the end of the investigation.
If Mueller leveraged the deal with Flynn based on getting Flynn’s testimony against others, and it was later shown that the FBI 302 was altered to substantiate the charge against Flynn, then someone HAS to go to jail, or the republic is at an end. If it was changed, and Mueller knew about it, he must got to jail as well.
Our republic depends on trusting the other party, and that is already close to an end. The democrats lied to their own people to boost Hillary over Bernie, are we now supposed to accept that they wouldn’t lie against conservatives?
