Barrett Dahl, 28, said William Mendoza assaulted him in October 2015 He says Mendoza the Dept of Education appointee hated his Redskins sweater Mendoza insulted, spat on and then assaulted him, he says Dahl was left with a black eye, broken teeth and a fractured arm. Dahl says $40,000 medical bills could mean foreclosure for his parents. Both Dahl and Mendoza are Native Americans
