Susan Rice wrote an email and sent it to herself in the minutes during which Donald Trump was inaugurated.
The Senate Judiciary Committee is giving former Obama National Security Adviser Susan Rice until February 22 to answer questions relating to an email she sent to herself prior to exiting from the Obama administration. It occurred during President Trumps inauguration. The email contains classified information, so its a partial disclosure from the Judiciary Committee, but it seems to show that on January 5, 2017, then-President Obama, Vice President Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey, and then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates had a meeting in the Oval Office about the fallout from the Russian interference in the 2016 election. Here's that letter. It concerned a meeting in which she participated on January 5, 2017. It's very odd.
That Rice would write and send herself a letter at the exact time Trump was being inaugurated is strange by itself. But there are a couple of things that really jump out. One, obama was concerned that the incoming duly elected President was a Russian spy from whom intelligence should be kept:
Former President Barack Obama suggested in January 2017 that information related to a federal probe of Russian election interference might have to be withheld from aides to then-President-elect Donald Trump, according to an internal White House email released Monday by two senior GOP senators. The meeting occurred on January 5 was heretofore was not known to the public. The attendees included "Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Rice deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and (James) Comey."
The warning Obama delivered on Jan. 5, 2017, came during an Oval Office conversation shortly after senior intelligence officials briefed him on Russian cyber-meddling in the 2016 election. It was documented in an email then-national security adviser Susan Rice sent to herself on Jan. 20, the day of Trump's inauguration.
The very next day Comey met with Trump allegedly to give him a "heads-up" on the dossier which was going to be published in the near future.
Comey being at the meeting is a new revelation. His testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee never mentioned it:

Obama never had a thought in his head which wasn’t planted there by some ody else
Obama after inhaling, knew that Trump had met and talked to a Russian agent, whore, liar and criminal in 2016!
I think Susan left out the part where she was instructed to document what Obama meant to say in the meeting. During the inauguration, she likely got a call to remind her, “Did you document what Obama wanted about that meeting we had before we met with Trump? If anyone finds out about that meeting, we want to be able to prove what it was about and how honorable and noble the investigation was.” “Oh, yea. I’ll do that right now.”
This is so rich!! This letter provides proof of intent when cross-examined against the facts. This careless CYA only indicates she was aware of wrongdoing.
Obama personally ordered the wiretapping of Trumps phones.
He likely masterbated whilst listening to Trumps calls.
He is jealous of Trumps beautiful family and the love the people have for him
Hmmmmm.....Now about that LOYALTY that Comey so blatantly condemned Trump over even using the word.
Comey is/was compromised....and somehow, President Trump knew it.
(1) The Susan Rice e-mail to herself.
(2) Rice sent the e-mail on January 20, 2017, at 12.15 p.m.
Trump became president at 11:47 a.m.
What Rice did was send the e-mail to herself at the very last second that it would be included in records from the Obama administration.
(3) ALSO, Rice sent the e-mail AFTER the Obama administration could see it or confront her with it.
She sent it minutes before she departed the White House for the last time.
(4) The e-mail documents a meeting between Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey, and Yates.
This meeting took place on January 5, 2017.
(5) Gassley and Graham were sent the e-mail after they asked the National Archives for records of meetings between Obama and Comey.
This e-mail is the only record.
Without it, Obama would’ve skated.
(6) Rice wrote the first part of the e-mail in such a bizarre way that it would immediately stand out.
President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities by the book. The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.”
(7) It doesn’t read as though a native speaker of English wrote it.
This is deliberate.
It draws attention to what comes next.
(8) THIS is the meat of the thing.
From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.
(9) And then more importantly, this.
The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would.
(10) Obama said that he never spoke to Comey about ongoing investigations.
Rice says he lied.
(11) Not only THAT, Rice says that Obama told Comey to WITHHOLD information from the Trump administration AND report back to Obama.
(12) Rice ALSO says that Comey lied to Congress.
(13) So, Rice handed Obama and Comey to law enforcement on a silver platter.
Did YOU figure that out?
I did. Immediately.
(14) That’s why I said I’m not interested in arguing about this.
YOU TOTALLY MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT HAPPENED.
Rice torpedoed EVERYTHING.
It’s over. All she has to do is confirm that the meeting happened.
(15) I called this in April, when Rice gave her interview to Andrea Mitchell.
It pays to be able to read people.
(16) Stop thinking in terms of movies and cartoons.
“Hang ‘em high!” isn’t what real people say.
And stop listening to all the IDIOTS who give you nothing but bad news.
(17) “Fire Jeff Sessions! This is awful! Call me an ambulance!”
Okay: You’re an ambulance, you childish weirdo.
You’re too dumb to see the truth when it’s rubbed right in your face...
(18) ADDENDUM: Here’s how badly Obama treated Rice.
Susan Rice: The Comeback Queen
Narcissists are like that.
Obama really was a hologram. An image, pose and posture, otherwise empty, created for the media and America's consumption.
Obama didn’t like Trump, because Trump called Obama out on the birth certificate.
Despite his claims that he met only once with 0bama, we now know James "Jimmy The Weasel" Comey met with him repeatedly; this much of the headline is true; but the wider depiction in the headline is completely false. 0bama did not believe Trump was a Russian spy for a second. He had one of the henchmen of a seditious conspiracy against the United States in his office frequently, despite Comey's lying under oath about it to Congress. 0bama knew The Dossier was a fabrication.
The only really interesting question is not "what did 0bama know, and when did he know it?" But rather, "how much can we prove about what 0bama knew, and will he face any consequences?"
Obama could not have usurped the office for which he was ineligible without the full cooperation of BOTH parties, The Ministry of Propaganda and the Deep State.
The truth of the Kenyanesian Usurpation will never see the light of day because they are ALL complicit. (Trump excepted)
They can’t tug too hard on any string of crime committed during that time without possibly unraveling the whole thing and exposing their own culpability.
Interesting take from Wictor, but I don’t think Rice is throwing Obama under the bus.
The key sentence is the following: “The next part of your email remains classified.”
This is right before Obama asks Comey to give him a follow-up as to any changes.
Rice knows that with Yates and Comey there it would not be possible to be certain that the meeting would be a secret if there were ever an investigation. One or both would divulge it if asked.
My guess is that Rice is protecting Yates, Obama and the rest of the team and throwing Comey under the bus.
Whatever is in the redacted sentence(s) is the plan by someone about how to best posture the Steele dossier and the Trump campaign surveillance to protect themselves.
Obviously, the meeting came to the conclusion that they should reveal to Trump the dossier, but not the spying, which Comey did the next day.
Yates from DOJ is senior to Comey from FBI and we know she is an arrogant SJW. Remember, Yates is the one that wanted to hang Flynn for an absurd ‘Logan Act violation’ for talking to the Russian ambassador. She is a martyr to the Left for refusing as acting AG to implement extreme vetting of Muslims from terrorism regions.
No doubt the Left foresees SJW Yates as a future Court of Appeals judge, maybe even a Supreme Court justice or perhaps a senior figure in the next Dem administration. She needs to be protected from scandal so she can pass a Senate confirmation in the future.
In this meeting, in deciding the “national security” procedures to be followed in how to reveal/shield the dossier and the spying on Trump, it would naturally fall to the senior DOJ person to lay out the plan.
So I suspect in this email Rice blamed it all on Comey, not Yates.
And that she sent the email after an oral conversation with Obama that morning of the Inauguration or the previous day.
This is very interesting and may end up as a critical piece of evidence as the realities continue to come out.
Thanks for posting it!
“I suspect in this email Rice blamed it all on Comey, not Yates.”
And that she sent the email after an oral conversation with Obama that morning of the Inauguration or the previous day.”
Looks like Rice had a lawyer help her write this email to herself.
With this email she threw Comey under the bus in case all of this ever got out in the open, like it has!
About that redaction...is it possible to use the questions being asked as a means of gleaning what the redacted portion says?
