In Portland today US District Judge Anna J. Brown sentenced Jason Patrick to 21 months in jail followed by three years of supervised release.
Patrick was convicted in the second rigged Oregon Standoff that Judge Brown and the office of Oregon US Attorney Billy Williams (now nominated by President Trump to be permanent US Attorney there) concocted after jurors found "leaders" of the protest not guilty in the first trial.
Brown met with jurors immediately after the trial.....

Given the judges actions this will go straight to appeal and be overturned, eventually.

It is weird that judges in the US (and elsewhere) assume for themselves Godlike power.
Is breaking news and has to be added as it comes down, pretty simple to explain.
