Please note; the House nor the Senate committees have NO PROSECUTORIAL POWERS. They refer their investigative findings to the DOJ and the DOJ ultimately decides whether or not to prosecute.

Gowdy IS NOT A PROSECUTOR. He’s a Congressman with no power to prosecute; only investigate. The media is supposed to report on the investigations and demand prosecutions by the DOJ.
