I agree and will add the full intent was to ensure PARITY. What do I mean? Musket to the gov’t, musket to the people. Do you think there is parity today? No...there is not. We are already losing the battle, and have already lost the parity intended by the amendment. That’s why Dems want...ban on auto (already got that), ban on semi-auto (had it, now trying again). They will keep working us back to single shot muzzle loaders if they can because we will lose parity. We have already lost our ability to fully defend ourselves from the gov’t and they will keep trying until we have nothing but sling shots.

You can;t have slingshot in NYS, at least ones that have a wrist brace.

The government has nuclear weapons. Should private citizens be allowed to own nuclear weapons?

Even worse here. In New Jersey, it's a felony to transport a slingshot. It's also a felony to possess without an "explainable lawful purpose".
