I don’t think he is going after the Clintons. I think he is opening the door with these BS indictments. It sets a prescident and gets him off the hook with trump. I don’t think Meuller will walk away from all this “clean”.
I think you are correct. Mueller is trying to throw sand in every one eyes to deflect the investigation away from him.
