If you support President Trump and have not yet seen the movie “Darkest Hour” permit me to suggest that you do so at the earliest opportunity. If you are anything like myself you will be struck by the similarities between the challenges faced by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in the early days of WW II, and those faced by American President Donald Trump almost eighty years later.
Yes!! England nearly surrendered to Germany & Italy at the urging of Lord Halifax. Churchill listed to the English commoners who had courageous Backbones. Resolved, Winston filled the gap. NEVER SURRENDER!

Last summer I saw what Trump was doing and how the left reacted and I said, “He is our Churchill.”
It sounded kinda goofy at the time, but it’s becoming more and more clear he is exactly the man for our time. I was a huge Cruz supporter but I have to admit it would probably have been more “politics as usual, but with a slight shift to the right” if Cruz had won.
Oh yes I thought the same similarities when we saw it. My husband is a big fountain pen collector and they showed Churchill with a Conway Stewart pen. They are a big, hot item on eBay now with high prices. Insofar as Cruz I would have supported him all the way but I think having a Trump personality is what it takes. The left was able to destroy Palin.

Trump is facing down BOTH political parties, the Ministry of Propaganda, the UN and all of its attendant internationalist organizations, the EU and most western European governments, Russia, China, North Korea and I haven’t even gotten to the biggest threat, ISLAM.

That was supposed to be his end. A normal politician would have cowered in disgrace. Not Trump. And when Trumps numbers didn’t go down, I believe this was when the Hillary campaign knew they were in trouble - he had just taken a direct hit by their most powerful, tried and true weapon and it seemed to make him stronger.
