I have a better idea. All those who want socialism should go outside on a bright sunny day and stare at the sun directly for an hour.
Socialism has been tried many times. The results are always the same; starvation, tyranny and government terror. Further, you get charged with a hate crime for criticizing the government policies.

If anything, in our more mobile world, we should be pushing this option. If you don’t like it, get up and move. Just like if you don’t like the politics in your state, move to a state that does have your form of government.

Um... Bitch, the pilgrims who first came here started with socialism and basically nearly wiped themselves out with it. They learned that human nature doesn’t work that way, and individual success promotes community success and a functioning way of life. It promotes law obedience and effort. Socialism encourages breaking the law as well as laziness, and discouraging effort and hard work. So they naturally evolved to individualism, which is at the base of capitalism.
