Well all western nations are now ‘using’ 3rd world populations to buster up whatever political Motives and Power they desire...ultimately it's an agenda to transfer populations in order to develop and maintain a world order of governance for the elites.

If you note all of China's great infrastructure projects in other nations ‘it's all about movement of trade’ which leads back to China ....the little guy will fall to the wayside and big corporations will rule the trade.

Citizens who are frightened to leave their homes are easier to rule - they'll beg to trade their freedom for security. Bringing in 'third world thugs' keeps populations destabilized.
