This should absolutely be remembered; but I remember 2014 and people saying that McConnell and other such slime was preferable to a democrat winning their seat — I highly doubted that, and was basically told to "shut up and toe the line for our side"… nevermind the facts that the GOP elite have been all too happy to stab their base in the back and therefore aren't on our [the base's] side.
