Remember your medieval history. The nobility did not execute other members unless they screwed the queen or similar magnitude of the offense.
They were exiled and lived at the good graces of some other potentate until the peasants forgot about him. At which time he would be killed.
McCabe needs to be “done” as a warning to others.
Prosecute him and drain his every last asset into nothingness like the DOJ does to we the people for fractional crimes of same. Let him bleed his pension into the waiting buckets of defense attorneys for decades to come.
