Herbst is autumn.

Frühlings-Tagundnachtgleiche is Vernal equinox. Or just simply Frühlingstagundnachtgleiche.

Frühling is spring. Probably from “Früh”, “early”, since the year used to start on the Vernal Equinox. In England, prior to 1752, the year started on March 25. March 24, 1731 was followed the next day by March 25, 1732.
