When I left my parents home 40 years ago I wasn’t looking for government care and I won’t be looking for or accepting any for the rest of my life.
That attitude is sorely missing across the U.S. today.
Likewise.
Never taken nor will take the government dime.
I’m ok with the government dime being there for the TRULY needy, but that’s like 3% of the people who take it.

IMO, the issue isn’t *you* were(n’t) looking (Lord knows ther are plenty that do/are). The issue is they SHOULDN’T BE THERE.
