EVERY Congress does this. This is not new. What IS new is all the sudden angst about it.
It’s a cover for the fact that the Congress under the so-called leadership of Ryan and McConnell haven’t been doing jack for well over a year and are simply stating that they won’t be doing jack for the next 6 months either.
